Q: 

Turn Around Time (TAT)- How long will it take for Kesh Diore to prepare order fro delivery? What should the shopper do if they have questions or need to make changes during this time?

A:

If the customer chooses expedited shipping, their order will be prepared and shipped in 1-3 business days. If the customer chooses standard shipping, order will be prepared within 3-5 business days. If the customer has any questions or needs to make changes during this time, they can email customer service at keshdiore@gmail.com

Do you offer refunds? Do you offer returns/exchanges? Are there any restocking fees? Where does shopper return the order to? Who pays return shipping?

A:

We only accept refunds if items are damaged that were caused by Kesh Diore. No refunds or exchanges with damage that occurred via carrier. Please contact us at Keshdiore@gmail.com if items were damaged due to Kesh Diore. There are no restocking fees. The shopper returns order to address that is listed on label of package for Kesh Diore. Since returns are due only if damage was caused by Kesh Diore, Kesh Diore will take responsibility of paying for return shipping. Shopper will contact us via email at keshdiore.com and we will give them directions on how to return items.

Not at this time.

Will my bangles or bracelets fade or change in color?

A:

Because the jewelry is cosmetic, the thin plating on cosmetic jewelry can wear off fairly quickly, discoloration and tarnishing may occur.  It is recommended not to wear the same cosmetic piece everyday, or to get it wet. There are DIY recipes to bring your cosmetic piece back to life.

How do I pay for my order?

A: Shopifiy currently accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What shipping methods are available? How long will it take with each available shipping method?  Will tracking information be included? What should the shopper do if they do not receive their order? Are shipments insured?

A:

‘There are two shipping methods, and they are expedited and standard they we utilize through USPS.

With expedited shipping will occur in 1-3 business days

Standard shipping will occur in 3-5 business days

Pickup within 2-3 business days excluding weekends

Tracking information is provided as soon as shipping label is created 

If the shopper has not received their order within 7 days of items being shipped that can reach customer service at keshdiore@gmail.com

Shipments are insured by USPS up to $100

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

I received the wrong items, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
